The flexible benefits administration system is completely integrated with our medical claims paying system. Claims are automatically rolled over; simplifying the process for participants and reducing claim turnaround time. The claim only needs to be filed once with QVI.

COBRA administration includes sending information packets and premium bills to participants and receiving payments for deposit to the plan account. We assist with preparation of plan documents, policies and booklets and provide monthly reports and monitoring of COBRA eligibility and premiums.
